Service Terms and Conditions

1. The operators will carry out the work with reasonable care, but they cannot accept responsibility for defects or shortcomings in materials or equipment.

2.The operators accept no responsibility for delays occasioned as the result of any breakdown or accident involving any vessel or equipment or delay due to weather conditions.

3.  The operators shall not be liable for any loss sustained by the customer, or damage caused to the customer’s property, as a result of the carrying out of work.

4. In consideration of the operators carrying out the work, the customer undertakes and agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the operators from and against all claims to which the operators may be liable in respect of any damage or loss to property or injury to persons arising directly or indirectly out of the carry out of the work, whether caused by the operators or any equipment or vessel being used by or on behalf of the operators.

5. The customer warrants that the necessary approvals (if any) have been obtained from the relevant authorities prior to the commencement of the work. The customer accepts all responsibility in respect to any directions given by representatives of such authorities as to the method of carrying out the work, or as to the positioning or placement of materials or equipment.

6. The customer warrants that if he/she enters into this agreement on behalf of a Company or third party, he/she has the authority to do so on behalf of the Company or the third party.

7. The customer undertakes to pay the account in full, on or before the due date. In default of such prompt payment you undertake to pay late payment fees of 2.5% per month on any account outstanding and to indemnify us and pay all costs and expenses of a solicitor and own client basis if legal action is necessary.

8. Items listed on this invoice remain the property of Alkira Mooring Services and Alkira Mooring Services reserves the right to reclaim them if this invoice remains unpaid.
